“Crafting Culture” as our Tagline says by the nature of how our designs are made, we are striding delicately and leisurely on the planet, as everything from our pattern cutting to block-printing to embroidery and washing is done by human hand in small batches.
The small-scale, handmade production allows for centuries-old techniques to be viable and sustainable for our artisans, as we are not demanding they make 1000+ units in a short-lead time. A single product/Design may take 4-5 months to develop and create, with only 100-150 pieces ever being made.
We are striving toward our aim to become an Independent ethical clothing brand and work with passion to create a modern and sustainable business model for the future that provides feasible and fair trade with our partner artisans. Paid fairly, made beautifully – designed to the treasure we hope this slow intention shines through in our conscious production.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED
All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 5-6 working days in India and 12-13 days for international orders.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Though if the order is not shipped you can contact the customer support and discuss with them regarding the change of delivery address.
IN CASE OF DEFECTS
We accept exchange only if the product is defective and if it meets all the conditions mentioned above.
IN CASE OF SIZING ISSUES
We send the exact size you purchase but still if it doesn't fits you, we accept exchange but the customer has to bear any extra cost incurred in exchange like shipping charges and pickup charges.
VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 07 days of the delivery. There could be a difference in the motifs as all the products on www.thechikanlabel.com are hand embroidered. (EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN SUCH CASES) There could be a difference in color due to lighting effects or due to screen resolution and color balance. (EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN SUCH CASES).
