I received the Kavya Mulmul pink co-ord set.
Quality exceeded my expectations, the co-ord set was well stitched with hemming to prevent fraying, excellent embroidery work, good quality breathable mulmul cotton fabric, lovely pastel pink color, the pant had a lining to prevent transparency and most importantly true to size - a great fit compared to other Chikankari brands. My bust size is 31.5 - 32 inches and waist size from its narrowest part above the navel button is 25 inches extending to 29 inches at the broadest part, size XXS fitted me well. But one can also opt for size XS for a loose fit.
I had really bad experience purchasing Chikankari outfits from some renowned chikankari brands. For example: when I purchase size XS or XXS, all I receive was ill-fitting sizes in M or L for which needs alteration, sometimes color mismatch and they won't respond to customer care.
The Chikan Label brand is highly recommended. Wish I discovered this brand before!
Very disappointed with the quality. The kurta I received doesn't look like the one shown in the pictures. The embroidery has visible dirt/stains trapped in it, making it look used or poorly handled. Also, the shoulder area is noticeably faded, which gives the impression of a defective piece. I expected much better quality for the price. I hope the brand improves its quality checks before shipping products.
Product is good,but comparatively highly priced,i followed up with them for exchange of size,the service after sales is slow,they are very slow in replying,they not even exchanged,it was product of 9222 rs still they are not valuing their customer
This is my 1st purchase with chikan label n is happy with the purchase..Being a Southindian also..I have always loved chikankari work...so loved the work, material n fit ...I would have loved more if the work was done with cotton threads insted of the silky one ...lots of hugs to the karigar n chikan lable ..thank u

The color is disappointingly a dull red and not as shown in picture. It's lace border is an ugly pale color of reddish shade (UNLIKE SHOWN IN THE PHOTO!) and quite unaesthetic.
Length is calf-level (I'm 156 cm tall), not ankle-length. Finishing on the reverse of the fabric could have been more professional and neat. Overlock is not done near the seams so fraying is possible with time. The cut could have been more symmetrical at the botton for a more aesthetic look.
The dye also reacted with a natural deo roll-on and turned kajal-black. So be careful.
The only plus side: Fabric quality is good - pure cotton.
The kurta is very pretty and perfect for summers.
